Frederic Kwan. Sexual Predator.

This document outlines, in it's entirety, the absolute absurdity and unacceptability of Frederic Kwan's behaviour that carries on until this day.

Frederic Kwon, Frederic Kahn, Frederic James-Kwan, Frederic Kwan are all different names Frederic has used.

• Frederic Kwan has relentlessly sexually harassed, bullied, and attacked his former teammate for the last six months and continues to do so without cease.
• Frederic Kwan has numerous very serious allegations of forcing himself onto a high school student in his care during a youth event.
• Frederic, after offering to help some friends with their business, made a sexual advance on his male teammate.
• After being invited to stay at this teammate's residence in a guest room, Frederic completely refused to sleep in the guest room or on the couch and demanded to sleep beside his teammate in the same bed.
• Next, Frederic, on another occasion, from the guest room attempted to make another a sexual advance. Freddy asked to be let in to his male teammates room and then told him he was very special and he had sexual feelings for him.
• Freddy was immediately rejected. Everybody thought this would be the end of it.
• Frederic continues to make everyone around him feel uncomfortable.
• Frederic sends his teammate this on Instagram. This message is completely out of the blue and is not in response to anything.
• Frederic is upset that this is screenshotted and claims its a joke about Milk Chocolate. This joke is never explained ever.
• Frederic is asked to stop his inappropriate behaviour and asked to stop saying "I love you". Frederic refuses and insists he loves his teammate "as friends". This message is later deleted and hidden.
• Frederic stops by at a teammate's house very briefly before going to another friends house. It is very late at night and Frederic has come directly from his house. Frederic chooses to bring his laptop to this function. There is no need for this laptop at all. Frederic claims he was going to do work, while he has also brought a case of beer, and is wearing a party outfit at 9pm.
• This image shows Frederic (at his house) before leaving, asking about his outfit before going to K'Rd, yet still brings his laptop to do "work" of some sorts. He states this at 7pm as he leaves his house. This is obviously an attempt to try and justify staying the night at a place that doesn't want him to stay the night. He also leaves his house keys at the teammate's flat, for no discernable reason (his outfit very clearly has pockets and he could have asked somebody else to carry his keys for him). He does not ask before leaving these belongings behind, and does so in spite of being directly told he is not permitted to stay and they will not be returning to the residence.
• Frederic is told by his teammate that he is uncomfortable with him staying the night at his house in advance. Frederic whines about it. Frederic has plenty of time to make sure he catches the last bus.
• While at the party, Frederic is asked to leave 9 times in a row at 1am, and refuses to leave every single time. Frederic insists that he stays at his teammate's house because he left his laptop there and he needs it first thing in the morning. Frederic completely refuses to leave until the tenth time he is told to and his teammates says that they will pay for his Uber just to leave them alone.
• Frederic then shows up to his teammate's house first thing in the morning. Frederic is told to make it quick. Frederic pours himself tea, sits on his teammate's couch, and just stares at him uncomfortably even after being told to leave.
• Frederic calls his teammate non-stop. In only a small period of a month or so, Frederic calls his teammate 122 times. In reciprocation, his teammate calls him 8 times in total. Frederic starts these phone calls with "Hello, You". His teammate expresses discomfort with this, and asks him to stop. Frederic outright refuses to stop. These calls are usually unnecessary and he is asked to stop making so many. He does not comply.
• Frederic claims that he says this to lots of people. He does not care whether his choice of words makes people uncomfortable or not.
• Frederic constantly asks his teammates to come over and sleep in his bed. Despite this offer being rejected every single occasion, he continually and relentlessly makes this request.
• Frederic then says that he does not want to have sex with his teammate (anymore) implying that he did want to have sex with them in the past
• Frederic is told to stop making sexual advances and being innapropriate but he insists he means the sexual advances as a friend.
• On Frederic's birthday, in November, Frederic makes another sexual advance, telling his teammate that he is special and that he is still keen to have sex with him. This teammate immediately storms out of the room and walks home, completely disgusted.
• Frederic, in the company, is responsible for meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. He is asked to create a Programme. Instead of doing it himself, like everyone else in the company, he chooses to pay somebody else to do his work.
• Frederic says that he will pay all $8,000 to create the programme (that he could make himself)
• In the time that the invoice is due, Frederic never pays for this at all. They have now taken him to the disputes tribunal.
• Frederic begins to get extremely paranoid about the location of his teammates for some reason. Despite being told by their teammate that they were visiting a southern city. Frederic messages friend of the teammate behind their back inquiring about their location.
• Freddy then says to his teammate that during a UN Youth Event, he looked out at a crowd of intermediate and high school students (some as young as 11) and fantasised about having sexual intercourse, even thinking "Should, I?" he stated.
• Freddy then says that he did have sex with a high school student and asked if it was immoral. Frederic very openly talks about having had sex with a high school student. There are allegations that they were much younger than 18 from people that know Frederic, and that they were potentially underage. After making the extremely distressing claims in person, Frederic follows up on Discord.
• Frederic refuses to provide the evidence and documentation regarding his sexual assault allegations.
• In this email, Frederic complains about his "treatment in UN Youth". Frederic talks about how the leader of the organisation sat him down and accused him of
  1. Using dating apps to hunt for minors online
  2. Using his position of power to have sexual intercourse with a high school student
  He states that everybody in the organisation believed it He then immediately requests that this email is deleted and that he didn't mean to send it
• Frederic Kwan dresses as a schoolgirl frequently while receiving oral and anal penetratrion from a former partner. Frederic regularly talked about this and even went around showing people photographs of him dressed in a school uniform before performing sex. He did not seem to be embarrassed or humiliated about this while he was happily telling everyone at a function.
• People regularly discuss after events how Frederic's distressing comments about children always make them feel.
• Frederic Kwan, who is now known as "Raperic" by many, is now desperately trying to pretend none of this happened, after being investigated for it.
• Frederic
  • was accused of abusing his position of power in a youth organisation to coerce a Yr13 schoolboy into involuntary anal penetration in 2024
  • openly talked about how he had sex with an 18 year old (that's the age that most Yr13's are) in the last year (2024)
  • dresses like a schoolgirl and has sexual fantasies about school children
  • desperately tries to claim that he has never had sex with an 18 year old and his previous claims aren't true
  • sexually harasses his teammates relentlessly
  It's pretty difficult to believe that he didn't anally rape a high school student with those facts

• After being removed from UN Youth, Frederic begins a campaign to relentlessly attack them. This is the pattern of Frederic Kwan. Frederic is accused of sexual offenses, cries defamation, and brings in a lawyer.
• Frederic spent an absurd amount of time and money taking legal action against UN Youth due to "defamation". This is a pattern. Frederic also discusses how he was allegedly blacklisted. People purposefully removed Frederic from any invitations for organisational events (he would have otherwise have been invited to). Frederic is regarded so lowly among this community.
• Inside the company agreement, there is clause stating that sufficient evidence of sexual harassment leads to you being removed from the company. Instead of just leaving gracefully at no expense or cost to himself before he even started working, Frederic sent a legal letter and had it hand delivered it to their teammate's houses on Christmas Eve. Frederic argues that the sexual harassment claims were illegitimate and that the teammate should just get over them and continue working with Frederic.
• Frederic demands for a private one-on-one meeting or he will take his teammate to court.
• Frederic demands to be let back into the company and continue working as usual. Frederic does not offer an apology for his behaviour or even admit what he has done was wrong. Frederic also demands a private one-on-one in-person meeting with his teammate to "work things out" and refuses to have a mediator present.
• Frederic claims he has spent $20,000 on legal letters to try and bully his way back into the organisation
• Frederic was given an incredibly favourable offer. His teammate offered to retract the sexual harassment allegations if he just went away. For some bizarre reason, Frederic never actually accepted this offer and continued to harass his teammate.
• After being asked how much money Frederic would like, in order to leave, he states that he will never leave for any amount of money and that everyone is being unreasonable for not working with him
• Here Frederic insists on being paid $5,000,000 (for a company with zero revenue that he has not started work for) in order to leave his teammates alone. He also demands everyone retracts their "defamatory" sexual harassment claims
• Frederic continues to make "offers" and requests that everyone keeps working together Frederic's offer uses the term "10/12 dispute" as if it is like 9/11 to him. Frederic was removed on completely legitimate grounds for rape allegations, sexual harassment, and using the internet to spread hate against Māori (describing Māori as thugs). Frederic cannot even see how disgusting and revolting he is and sees himself as the victim of a "corporate scandal". He frequently claims he's been "Zuckerberged". We must've watched different "Social Network" movies.
• Despite having done no work, Frederic insists that the company is completely shut down. Every other teammate put in significant work and spent hundreds of hours developing the product. Frederic refuses to stop harassing the team and emails them everyday relentlessly after being blocked for four entire months. After holding his share ownership in the company hostage for months and desperately trying to get back into the company, Frederic chooses not to leave, and instead demands the company is shut down. Frederic clearly is not passionate about the idea, because otherwise he would have just gone away.
• Frederic uses lawyers as a way to continuously bully and harass people who don't want anything to do with him. He holds his share ownership in the company hostage while using lawyers to continuously hound and threaten his teammates
• Frederic was given this offer for $2,500 just to leave them alone (before he had done any work) and rejected it
• Frederic produces this letter, months after being asked to go away, still refusing to leave the rest of the team alone and insist on continuing to work together:
• Frederic sends an ungodly level of spam to random friends of teammates with no relation to the conflict, despite no messages being responded to:

• Frederic makes an absurd amount of threats against his teammates

• Frederic posts on his Instagram story "Fuck around" and "find out".
• Frederic posts bizarre rants on his Instagram story about his own allegations. He claims they are false and made-up, and contradicts himself in every sentence. Frederic has made more than six different public statements, where he completely contradicts previous statements and lies. He positions himself as the victim of a "corporate scandal" and the victim of an endless stream of false accusations and defamation from an increasingly large number of people. Poor Freddy! Why are there so many different people making up the exact same lies about him!
• Frederic states that nobody in UN Youth had accused him of those things, yet has already contradicted himself in the previously published email. Frederic claims he has never dressed up as a schoolgirl-- the previous Discord messages show this is false. Frederic claims he has never had sex with an 18 year old even though he previously declared he did via Discord.
• While Frederic complains about "false pedofilia allegations", Frederic, himself creates fake made-up allegations about other people he doesn't like and spreads them. Frederic could not provide a source for this claim when asked.
• Frederic has a reputation at the University of Auckland for making the life of anybody he doesn't like "miserable".
• During this period of time, Frederic continues to harass the teammate. Frederic disabled caller ID and spam calls them. Once the teammate answered the No Caller ID and immediately hung up, Frederic called him two more times.
• Frederic uses burner emails to send emails and evade the block and continue to harass the teammate. Frederic's normal email is frederickwan2000@gmail.com, yet in this email he uses kaishukwan@gmail.com to evade the block.
• Frederic Kwan hires a Melbourne-based software engineer to continue harassing his teammate. This criticism is completely invalid, and was designed to attack his teammate. This person, with absolutely no knowledge of what they are talking about criticises industry-standard practices. This person criticises the use of "junk" which are standard automatically generated code and part of the "freezed" library that is standard in industry. This person criticises the use the "app/lib" folder in the application, which is the only place this code is allowed to be put. He rambles on about the elegance of the language and algebraic datatypes (which are used everywhere). They also attack an almost empty folder which had one file in it. This person was notified in advance that Frederic was sexually harassing his teammate and continued to join in anyway. There were even messages in the code to tell this engineer to go away, these were ignored. This person continued to harass the teammate and attacked their career saying they were "burning bridges".
• What kind of a complete freak pays a foreigner to relentlessly attack someones work and threaten their career, especially in the early stage of a business where Frederic had not even started his own work.
• Frederic threatens to take the teammate to court for $1,000,000
• Frederic Kwan believes that he is a God who is above the rules. He acknowleges that he is controversial (hated by everyone)
• After being sent a "sigma male" Instagram meme as a joke, Frederic responds completely seriously. Frederic believes that the business he latched onto and refused to leave was his opportunity for "wealth" and "influence". Frederic was invited to the Northern Club by his teammate and got into an event by his association with the people actually doing work within the company who weren't available. Frederic went alone.

• During the majority of this conflict, the teammate had a girlfriend that Frederic knew about, and yet Frederic continued to make unwanted sexual advances.
• To this day (30th March 2025) after being fired in early December, Frederic continues to spam and harass his teammates over email. On the 30th March he sent even more unwanted emails, and had been sending them relentlessly all through March, February, January, and December. He hadn't even started work at the company. He has spent more time harassing his teammates after being fired than the company existed for to begin with.
• On the 29th March, Frederic who is now in the disputes tribunal, changed the address for the conflict from his own to his teammates address directly againts their consent and approval. Frederic did this to harrass his teammates even further. There is no possible reason for the address to be of a teammate who resigned. Frederic also revoked the teammate's access to the company register to prevent them from changing it back to his address This was specifically done to harass the teammate who was forced to resign and leave due to the extreme harassment. We have filed a complaint against the repulsive and disgusting harasser Frederic Kwan.
• Frederic James-Kwan outright refuses to keep the address as his own one. He insists on continuing to harass his teammates, who he acknowledge have left the company. He hides behind a veil of legal speak.
• Why won't he just receive mail at his OWN ADDRESS. Why doesn't alleged anal rapist and child-lover Frederic James-Kwan not just fuck off and leave everyone alone. He has destroyed a good company and thousands of hours of work, sexually harassed everyone, been fired multiple times from multiple places. REMOVE FREDERIC KWAN FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF AUCKLAND.
• Disgraced sexual predator and alleged schoolboy rapist Frederic Kwan: Frederic at Liston College standing away from his peers in the form class photo. Frederic does not care if you reject him. Frederic does not care what your age is. Frederic does not care about anything but himself.
• We have kept silent about this for four months and been nothing but gracious with Frederic Kwan. Frederic has had every opportunity to walk away since December. Frederic has not taken a single opportunity to just walk away, and thus we feel we have no option but to expose the disgusting and revolting freak that he is to the world. People like Frederic have no place in society.
• Frederic Wen Hao Kwan lives in Epsom, goes to the University of Auckland Waipapa Taumata Rau. Frederic Kwan went to Auckland Boys Grammar. Frederic studies Economics at the University. He is part of Young Act and Young National. He ran a campaign to be in AUSA (Auckland University Students Association) where he failed. His election tag line was "Sexy doesn't pay the bills [their parents do]". He is a published author in the Cracuum magazine.
